Catching up on my Christmas meme!

6. Favorite gift received as a child?

I received lots of great presents as a child. The one that sticks out is the homemade Cabbage Patch doll when I was very small. I can't remember if that was for Christmas, but I'm going to say it was ;)

7. Hardest person to buy for?

My brother. He never says what he wants, never answers if I ask, and never seems to want anything. Horrible. Runner-up is my grandfather, who tries to ban people from buying him gifts.

8. Easiest person to buy for?

My mother. She always has ideas of things she wants, is always delighted with jewelery or other standards, and has a few major hobbies that lend themselves to gifts.

9. Do you have a nativity scene?

No. I wanted to make another like the one I made as a gift last year, but I couldn't get in touch with the maker of the ceramic figures. We do, however, have a little carved wooden statue of Joseph around Mary holding Jesus. It's quite cute.

10. Mail or email Christmas cards?

Mail! People e-mail Christmas cards?!

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received?

A coupon book. Seriously.

12. Favorite Christmas Movie?

A Charlie Brown Christmas

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas?

Usually in December. If I think of something awesome beforehand, I'll get it, but generally it's December.

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present?

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?

Carmel french toast on Christmas morning.

16. Lights on the tree?

Absolutely! Mutli-colored.
